On the Table – Thursday, October 24 (12-7pm)

Delicious collard greens! I made them tonight for the first time and they were a real hit! I should mention that none of the kids in this house are real kale lovers; but to my surprise, they said I should make this dish again! This week, we have a few green beans, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, celery root, COLLARDS, some corn (somewhat affected by frost), kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, parsley root, parsnips, potatoes, spinach, squash/pumpkins and Swiss chard.
